Shipping Policy
- We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Delivery Time: Orders within India typically take 5-8 working days to be delivered, depending on the shipping address and factors like public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In rare cases, delivery might extend up to 2 weeks based on product availability. Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information to your email address. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at support@3nartwear.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Courier Services: We use Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress for shipping, based on the delivery pin code.
- Issues with Delivery: If the tracking details indicate that the product has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or office mailrooms. In genuine cases, after a thorough investigation, which takes up to 10 working days, we will process a refund. If you do not receive the product after the delivery notification, inform us within 48 hours. We will escalate the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it. Claims made after this period may not be addressed, and we will not be liable for any losses.
